I always hated when Chemo was delayed due to low blood counts. In all of my 9 rounds of chemo - I suffered from extreme neutropenia - but it was the platelets that really started to just stay depressed for too long the further my treatments went. I found three things that helped: Prayer Positive mental imaging of my platelets being born and maturing fast and healthy Peanut butter M&M's.
