This is the day that the LORD has made, I will be glad and rejoice in it. . .
We are so pleased with the results of Carol’s last MRI. The doctor called Katie to report that there was NO new tumor growth and that the swelling was much reduced. God is soooooooooo good! Thus, Carol will get to come off steroids completely. This Tuesday (7/24) she will have a “port” put in her chest area. This will enable her to have bloodwork and chemo treatments without getting stuck with needles (which she hates).
Day by day, Carol is gaining strength and coordination thanks to the out-patient physical therapy that she is recieving and Star P T here in Franklin. We are much blessed. Of course, chemo will continue for some time, until the Dr. determines that it is losing its punch, or that the tumor has disappeared completely. I know what GOD has in mind.
